Scan-On-Demand

Scan-On-Demand was developed for our customers as an economical answer to back file conversion.  It combines the economics of simple hard copy storage and the convenience and security of an electronic document system.

Your files are stored in our secure, climate controlled Record Centers and bar coded for easy retrieval at the usual storage cost of 30 cents per box per month.  When you request a file, however, it is scanned into a fully HIPAA compliant online data repository within an hour of the request.  Your requested file is now viewable from anywhere with an internet connection.  There is a flat fee charged for this Scan-On-Demand request.  Your file is now always available in your repository and never has to be requested again.

Most of our customers have a hard time deciding what is worth scanning and what isn’t.  Scan-On-Demand takes the guess work out of the equation.  Out of 100 boxes of records, you may never need more than 10 files.  This solution makes all 100 boxes, “Virtually” Digital, but saves our clients the expense of the entire conversion.
